These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nexus Intelligence, Inc. (“Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and publicly available website content (the “Site”).
Nexus products and services are provided only under a separate written agreement, order form, cloud services agreement, master services agreement, or similar agreement between Nexus and the applicable customer. If you or your organization has entered into such an agreement with Nexus, that agreement governs your use of the applicable products and services and controls over these Terms in the event of conflict.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful business or informational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in a way that violates law, infringes rights, disrupts the Site, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, introduces malicious code, scrapes the Site at unreasonable volume, or otherwise interferes with the security or operation of the Site.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Website Content
The Site may include information about Nexus, our products, our services, and related materials. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not create a commitment to provide any product, service, feature, functionality, or support unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with Nexus.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexus and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site or any website content at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
